We’re in search of a Managing Editor on our english domain to spearhead crypto news across the globe. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional editing skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Your abilities should extend to the realm of business, coupled with a creative spark, and a strong team-oriented approach.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

  • Proofread, edit, and improve content created by writers before it is published according to the editorial guidelines.
  • Generate and approve breaking news leads according to editorial strategy/policy/line.
  • Build, maintain, and update the content calendar (breaking news) of the Company.
  • Research and analyze news and developments in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Hire, onboard, manage, coach, train, and offboard content writers of the Company.
  • Fact-check information in articles and stories for the Company’s website.
  • Work closely with team leaders and SEO analysts of the Company to coordinate, improve, and maintain the editorial strategy/policy/line.
  • Receive and give effective feedback on the progress and status of the Company’s editorial work.
  • Perform other services approved by the Parties.
Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications, or equivalent.
