In a nutshell: Als M&A Integration Manager*in bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du die M&A- und Build-up-Strategie eines Scale-ups entwickeln, steuern und erfolgreich umsetzen möchtest. Du verantwortest Materas strategisch wichtigstes Wachstumsprojekt, sicherst den maximalen Wert jeder Akquisition, baust unser zukünftiges M&A-Integrationsteam auf und nimmst direkten Einfluss auf Wachstum, Profitabilität sowie die Weiterentwicklung der übernommenen Unternehmen, einschließlich der Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl neuer Übernahmekandidaten. Ziel ist es, bis Ende 2026 mindestens vier Akquisitionen eigenverantwortlich zu integrieren. Aufgaben Deine Rolle bei Matera: Du führst jede Integration von Start bis Stabilisierung und stellst die Erreichung operativer und finanzieller Ziele sicher. Du verstehst Unternehmenskulturen, kommunizierst klare Integrationspläne und begleitest Teams sicher durch Veränderungen. Du verantwortest Daten-, Tool- und Prozessintegration inkl. Accounting-Migration und Business-Case-Erfüllung. Du baust das M&A-Integrationsteam auf und entwickelst skalierbare Standards und Playbooks. Qualifikation Das bringst du mit: Du hast Erfahrung mit komplexen Projekten und vielen Stakeholdern. Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst Prioritäten im Blick. Du verfügst über hohe emotionale Intelligenz, baust schnell Vertrauen auf, kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und triffst sicher Personalentscheidungen. Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Daten & CRM (HubSpot von Vorteil), kennst dich mit E-Mail-Workflows aus (Front von Vorteil) und bist sehr versiert in Excel. Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch auf Business-Niveau, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Bei Matera garantieren wir Chancengleichheit und Vielfalt.
