Tasks As a Business Operations Working Student at CONROO, you will work closely with our COO, Ksenia and have the opportunity to grow, learn, and play a key role in supporting client relations, financial operations, and internal process refinement while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Customer Support: Engage with our users to understand their needs and challenges by responding to their inquiries, identifying solutions to their problems, and providing information about our products and services. Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market & tech research, assist in gathering, analysing, & interpreting data to improve decision-making, optimize products and workflows. Project Management: Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Requirements Essential skills and experiences: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, logistics or a related field, with above-average academic results Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication Initial experience in customer support or project management Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides Must be located in Munich The Buisness Operations role requires the ability to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays Personal values and beliefs: A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently, take on a high level of responsibility, and a drive to make a meaningful impact A commitment to consistently raise standards by improving quality and efficiency in all aspects of work An independent, hands-on mindset with a 'never-stop-learning' attitude and a desire to grow alongside the team A strong sense of accountability, taking initiative to see tasks through to completion and proactively addressing challenges Benefits Gain invaluable insights into building a logistics tech start-up and enjoy the freedom to take ownership of your work in an autonomous environment that encourages and supports your growth.
