Du hast gerade dein Studium abgeschlossen und möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen zum Berufseinstieg mit erster Führungsverantwortung verbinden? Als Operations Supervisor bist du verantwortlich für das operative Tagesgeschäft in einem unserer Fulfillment Center (Zentrallager/”FC”), und sorgst mit deinem Team aus etwa 140 Mitarbeitenden (Shopper genannt) dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen ihre Bestellungen in der richtigen Qualität und Menge zum richtigen Zeitpunkt erhalten
Zusätzlich arbeitest du an verschiedenen Projekten zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse, um das Kundenerlebnis weiter zu verbessern und unsere Prozesse noch effizienter zu gestalten. Um hier den Balanceakt zwischen operativer Führungsaufgabe und strategischer Arbeit meistern zu können, ist deine Arbeitswoche in “Supervisor Tage” und “Office Tage” aufgeteilt, um immer den jeweiligen Fokus gewährleisten zu können.
Da bei Picnic kein Tag wie der andere ist, sind dein Organisationstalent und deine Führungsstärke gefragt Auch wenn es im Lager einmal hoch hergeht, bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf und weißt, wie du das Problem in Windeseile beheben kannst, um den Tag weiterhin einwandfrei über die Bühne zu bringen. Dabei sorgst du mit deiner zugänglichen und offenen Art für eine fröhliche und angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre
Deine Aufgaben- Überwache den täglichen Betrieb im FC und stelle während der Schicht sicher, dass alle operativen Aktivitäten priorisiert und rechtzeitig abgeschlossen werden
- Leite, motiviere, coache und inspiriere täglich ein Team aus Teamleiter:innen und 100+ Shoppern
- Verantworte eigene Optimierungsprojekte und verbessere so gemeinsam mit dem Team stetig unsere Prozesse
- Meistere den Balanceakt zwischen operativer Führungsaufgabe (3-4 Floor Tage) und strategischer Arbeit (1-2 Office Tage)
- Bachelor-/Masterabschluss im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain, Hotel-/Event-Management oder ähnlichem
- Erste Erfahrung im operativen Bereich in Form von Praktika oder Tätigkeiten als Werkstudent
- Problemlöser: Plötzlich aufkommende Probleme kannst du in kürzester Zeit erfassen und findest dafür Lösungen
- Selbstständig, gründlich, zielorientiert und hands-on
- Bereit abends und teilweise auch an Samstagen zu arbeiten
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
