We're now seeking a visionary Cofounder to drive sales and marketing as we scale. Tasks Lead the go-to-market strategy and build strong relationships across the automotive ecosystem. Identify and engage with potential clients (OEMs, design studios, marketing agencies). Develop and execute campaigns across digital channels and industry events. Shape the brand, pitch to early adopters, and guide the commercial roadmap. Represent YAAR Studio in the German and European automotive landscape. Requirements Fluency in German and English – essential for engaging with German automotive stakeholders. Background in the automotive industry – experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles within OEMs, suppliers, or agencies. Passion for innovation, startups, and the power of generative AI. Strategic thinker and natural networker who can roll up their sleeves in an early-stage environment.
