Aufgaben- Solid line zum Country GM und dotted line zum CFO Europe
- Finance-Gesamtverantwortung für die Region Deutschland
- Business Partner für das Senior Management, um die Performance und Entscheidungsfindung voranzutreiben
- Verantwortung für den Monatsabschlussprozess, Hauptbuch, Forderungsmanagement und die Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Erstellung der monatlichen Finanzberichte (P&L/Balance Sheet)
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems (ICS)
- Erstellung von Budget und Forecast sowie Durchführung von Varianzanalysen
- Analyse von Einnahmen, Ausgaben und Bilanzkonten (Balance Sheet Reconcilation)
- Liquiditätsplanung und Cash Flow-Forecast
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Finance-Teams und dem SSC
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung der Aufgaben des SSC
- Koordination externer Audits und Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
- Hauptansprechpartner für M&A-Aktivitäten
- Definition und Implementierung von KPIs sowie Entwicklung von Tools und Prozessen
- Screening von Herausforderungen, proaktive Lösungsfindung und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Accounting und/oder Controlling oder äquivalente Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling, vorzugsweise im internationalen Konzernumfeld mit Matrixstrukturen
- Praktische HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute SAP FI/CO/BW- und MS Excel-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Oracle (Group Reporting) vorteilhaft
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Effektive und proaktive Kommunikation sowie Detailorientierung
