Aufgaben

Die Position Senior ERP-Consultant hat das Ziel, den Kunden umfassend zu bedienen, die Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Bestandskunden auszuweiten sowie den Neukundenvertrieb bei der Akquise im Bereich Presales zu unterstützen.

Du bist in der Business-Software-Welt zuhause und hast Lust Deine Erfahrung und Expertise in gemeinsamen Projekten mit unseren Kunden einzubringen?

  • Du übernimmst die umfassende Analyse komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungsansätze.
  • Du demonstrierst unseren Kunden die Potenziale unseres Systems und zeigst, wie deren Prozesse nahtlos integriert werden können.
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Beratungsleistung, von der Einführung über die Implementierung bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
  • Du bringst Deine Erfahrung ein und unterstützt das Team sowie andere Abteilungen bereichsübergreifend.
  • Du leitest Workshops, Schulungen sowie Projektmeetings und bist dabei unser Aushängeschild.
Qualifikation

In Deiner Funktion bist Du eine wichtige Anlaufstelle und geschätzter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im ERP-Bereich.
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis, insbesondere in den Bereichen Dienstleistungen, Handel und Produktion.
  • Du überzeugst mit Deinem freundlichen und überzeugenden Auftreten sowie einer hohen Kundenorientierung.
  • Du beherrscht das Projektmanagement souverän.
  • Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die komplexe Inhalte verständlich und überzeugend darzustellen weiß.
