We are looking for a driven Senior Marketing Data Analyst (f/m/x) to join our fast growing team in Berlin.
About the role
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst (f/m/x) you reach for the next level of customer satisfaction, profitability and process excellence. You will work on global and cross-functional projects. You will make sure the business keeps growing by providing clear analytical solutions on critical issues and develop new, innovative strategies to optimize our business processes.
Your responsibilities:- Create custom data models and advanced analysis on the KPIs to drive key decisions
- Analyze/maintain organizations KPIs pertaining to specific projects
- Drive decision making by designing, building, and maintaining dashboards.
- Communicate and meet with stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytical impact
- Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes
- Boost efficiency by identifying and implementing data process automation
- Proactively analyze data to provide insights, enhancing business strategy and planning
- Work with our Data Stack: DOMO (Visualization), Snowflake (Warehouse) and dbt (Data Modeling)
- 4 – 5 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst, preferably with a focus on marketing & CRM data analysis
- Previous experience in business analytics, project management and ideally analytical implementation
- Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, (Python is a plus)
- Working knowledge of relational databases and how they are manipulated
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience of leveraging data for commercial advantage
- Ability to consider both tactical detail and the big picture; you execute, learn and teach
- Know how of statistical techniques
- Strong communicator able to work at all levels of seniority across the business
- Autonomy, flexibility and adaptability excite you
- German at a fluent level (speaking & writing) is a plus
