**What will you do**:
You will be a key part of the sales team. You will be responsible for the development of our marketplace via outbound and inbound. You will report to the VP Sales.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- You will be the main point of contact for all touchpoints for external partners
- You will take responsibility for a vertical within our target market and refine and execute the sales strategy
- You will consult customers to ensure that they use the re:cap financing most efficiently to leverage their business

**Who we are looking for **‍**:

- You have 3+ years of sales experience/investment experience. Credit knowledge/background is a big plus
- You have excellent communication skills and can handle sensitive matters with diplomatic delicacy
- You are highly (self-)organized, want to move fast, and maintain attention to detail when it matters most
- You are fluent in German and English
- Experience with tech-driven and distributed companies is a plus
- You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
