**Head of Office, Health & Safety (m/w/d)**

- Führung des Office, Health & Safety Teams sowie vollumfängliche Budgetverantwortung
- für den Bereich
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung zu Fragestellungen hinsichtlich des präventiven Gesundheitsschutzes
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des Gesundheitsmanagement sowie Durchführung gesundheitsfördernden Kampagnen und Events
- Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz am Arbeitsplatz
- Entwicklung des New Work Offices Konzeptes sowie Projektleitung
- Verantwortung des Objektmanagements, inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen und Kostencontrolling

**WONACH WIR SUCHEN**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder alternativ betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative erforderlich
- Gute SAP/R3 HR-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
