The Workplace Associate will help maintain functional facilities at Giga Berlin. The position involves all aspects of customer service and requires a professional positive attitude.

**What You'll Do**
- Perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs across the facility, responding to trouble calls as required
- Undertake equipment repairs, furniture maintenance, and building adjustments independently, without supervision
- Collaborate with the Workplace Operations team on office moves and other facility-wide projects
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting stakeholders with minor adjustments and addressing small-scale tasks
- Complete assignments promptly, providing feedback and maintaining a positive attitude throughout
- Manage and execute a daily list of small projects for the Workplace Team efficiently

**What You'll Bring**
- Basic knowledge and interest of Facilities Operations in a corporate setting
- Knowledge in using hand tools and testing equipment
- Hands-on mentality
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management or vendors
- Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 20kg
