**Introduction Sentence**:
As Head of UX Research you drive the implementation of UX research methods and processes across the digital product and tech department in order to generate valuable customer data as the basis of business decisions.
In this position, you work within our hybrid model **“Highly Remote” **. You can find all information here.
**What you can expect in this role**:
- You establish organizational UX research objectives / KPIs and influence product, vision, and strategy formation with strong research insights and measurable impact
- You lead, grow and inspire the UX Research team, by offering knowledge, training and strong leadership as well as mentoring
- Also, you closely collaborate with other disciplines and build cross-collaboration practices, manage priorities and different stakeholder needs, and build strong relationships to advocate and live a customer-first approach
- Therefor, you build influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to senior management level
**Your essential experience and education**:
- You have several years of experience in the UX research field as well as in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and other stakeholders
- Besides that, you have experience in directly leading a UX research team
- You bring a broad understanding of technical and digital trends, preferred in the media industry
- Also, you have a proactive and progressive attitude and are passionate about user experience and insights
- You are familiar with agile environments and ways of working
