Wissenschaft im Dialog (WiD) ist die Organisation der Wissenschaft für Wissenschaftskommunikation in
Deutschland. Die gemeinnützige Organisation unterstützt Wissenschaft und Forschung mit Expertise zu
wirkungsvoller Kommunikation mit der Gesellschaft, entwickelt neue Vermittlungsformate und bestärkt
Wissenschaftler*innen im Austausch mit der Öffentlichkeit - auch über kontroverse Themen der Forschung.

80 Mitarbeiter*innen arbeiten an rund 25 Projekten in unserem Büro am Checkpoint Charlie. Bei
Wissenschaft im Dialog stehen die Türen aus Prinzip offen, stetiger Austausch zwischen den Teams gehört

Student*in im Projekt Make Your School - Eure Ideenwerkstatt

15 bis 20 Stunden/Woche; Vergütung 13 € brutto/Stunde
Zunächst befristet bis zum 31. Dezember 2026

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
Als Mitarbeiter*in im Projekt Make Your School sind Sie Teil eines zwölfköpfigen Teams, das einen Beitrag zur
Verbesserung der digitalen Bildung an Schulen leisten und Jugendlichen die Bandbreite digitaler und
elektronischer Tools näherbringen möchte. Eigens entwickelte Materialkoffer-Sets kommen bei Hackdays an
Schulen zum Einsatz und bilden die Basis für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Prototypen. Im dreiköpfigen
Team des Arbeitsbereichs Materialkoffer unterstützen Sie bei der Verwaltung, Inventur und Einsatzplanung
der Materialkoffer-Sets und arbeiten an der Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsprozesse mit. Zusätzlich haben Sie
die Möglichkeit in weiteren Arbeitsbereichen des Projekts nach eigenen Interessen unterstützend tätig zu
sein.

Im Detail umfassen Ihre Aufgaben:

- Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung und Einsatzplanung der Materialkoffer-Sets
- Durchführung von Inventuren und Materialbestellungen, Einholen von Angeboten
- Mitarbeit bei der Ausstattung neuer Materialkoffer-Sets für die Netzwerkhubs
- Vorbereitung von Materialkits für Remote-Hackdays
- Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung von Printprodukten (u. a. Zertifikate, Workshopmaterialien)
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen

Was uns wichtig ist:

- einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (verschiedene Fachrichtungen möglich)
- genaue, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- technische Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- sichere Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Teamgeist und Engagement
