**Role: Manufacturing Engineering Lead**

Location: Gunzenhausen, Germany

As a Manufacturing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the existing team effectively. This person should have technical expertise, but more importantly, possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Fostering collaboration, process improvement, and customer-centricity within the team.

Main task:

- Ensure process stability of the entire production facilities and provide disciplinary and technical leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering department.
- Leadership, motivation and promotion of employees
- Ensuring the process stability of the entire production facilities
- Ensuring the production capability of all machines in the area of responsibility
- Smooth introduction of new products into production
- Efficient resource and personnel planning
- Ensuring product quality and adherence to delivery dates
- Identifying and initiating measures to optimize productivity, costs and quality
- Leading and participating in cross-divisional projects for technology, productivity and cost optimization
- Responsible for cost and work safety of the division
- Ensuring the instruction and training of employees

Key Requirements:

- Minimun of 5+ years of experience in leadership within Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong Project Management Skills, bringingin new production lines and improving existing processes. Someone experienced doing process improvement within THT and cross division working in high volume production environment is highly preferred.
