**Demand Planner / Customer Order Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the complete order processing from order to invoice and delivery as well as for incoming complaint handling
- Transmission of demand forecasts, e.g. demand plans and forecast analyses
- Control and maintenance of expected delivery dates and of related incoming invoices
- Coordinate the warranty procedure and return material flow to guarantee a quick outcome
- Guarantee the availability of correct master data with regards to vendors and materials
- Close communication and cooperation with the Business, suppliers and with internal and external logistic and warehouse managers
- Maintaining multiple databases such as SAP article master data, Customer Master Data, Hybris web shop etc.

**Your Profile**:

- Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics or Economics or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of disposition / material procurement, supplier management, supply chain / logistics
- Very good SAP and MS Office (Outlook, Excel) knowledge
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
