**Key Responsibilities**
- For this role, you will supervise programming tasks delegated to the company's contracted research organization (CRO) and external suppliers.
- Coordinate project schedules and objectives.
- Verify that outsourced projects adhere to agreed-upon schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Offer direction and instruction to the CRO Programming team.
- Collaborate closely with the CRO's Lead Programmer and internal study groups.
- Serve as the Programming Team's representative during audits.
- Develop responses to audit inquiries and observations.
- Engage in direct programming activities as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Hold and MSc Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstratable experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotec or CRO sectors.
- Previous involvement in a leadership capacity as a Programmer within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO domain is essential.
- Familiarity with CDISC SDTM and ADaM Data Standards is required.
