Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) hat die Aufgabe, die Risiken der Geldwäsche und der Terrorismus-finanzierung denen die Bank ausgesetzt ist, zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und anhand von angemessenen und wirksamen internen Sicherungsmaßnahmen zu steuern.

Eine wesentliche interne Sicherungsmaßnahme stellt die AML/CTF Transaktionsüberwachung dar. Diese liegt im Verantwortungsbereich von AFC Transaction Monitoring & Screening. Auf der Grundlage von Indizienmodellen und darüberhinausgehendem Research, erkennt der Bereich Anhaltspunkte der Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung, welche im Nachgang von den AFC Financial Crime Operations Teams untersucht und ggf. in Form einer Geldwäscheverdachtsmeldung an die FIU gemeldet werden.

Die Funktion Global Risk, Intelligence and Threat Analytics nimmt eine Wesentliche Rolle bei der fachlichen Ausgestaltung der AML/CTF Transaktionsüberwachung im Bereich AFC Transaction Monitoring & Screening ein. Hier erfolgt u.a. die Inventarisierung und Analyse relevanter Anhaltspunkte und Typologien der Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung, die Identifizierung der für die Transaktionsüberwachung maßgeblichen Risiken und die Ableitung der fachlichen Anforderungen für die Indizienmodelle. Darüber hinaus umfasst die Funktion Global Risk, Intelligence and Threat Analytics auch das Threat Analytics sowie die fachliche Model Specification (dies beinhaltet auch die Berücksichtigung von Methoden und Verfahren wie dem Machine Learning).

Das GRITA Coordination Team unterstützt den Head of Global Risk, Intelligence and Threat Analytics u.a. bei der Koordinierung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Funktionen innerhalb und außerhalb von AFC (z.B. bei der Erstellung von Reportings), der fachlichen Abarbeitung von Audit Moniten sowie bei der Durchführung von Projekten innerhalb des Global Risk, Intelligence and Threat Analytics Bereichs. Hierdurch stellt das GRITA Coordination Team einen angemessenen Informationsaustausch sicher und unterstützt bei der fristgerechten Erledigung von internen und externen Commitments.

Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung bei der Administrierung des GRITA Bereichs (z.B. bei übergreifenden Aufgaben wie der Durchführung von Management Team Meetings, Reporting, Datenaufbewahrung, etc.)- Pflege eines Audit Finding Managements, um die fristgerechte Abarbeitung von Audit Moniten zu unterstützen. Wo erforderlich, unterstützt das GRITA Coordination Team auch bei der fachlichen Abarbeitung.- Verantwortung für die Durchführung von fachlichen Projekten im GRITA Bereich unter Einbindung der hierfür erforderlichen Teams. Hierzu gehört auch die Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben (wie z.B. der Mitarbeit in privat-öffentlichen Arbeitsgruppen wie der AFCA)- Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern aus den GRITA Teams, Business Line AFC, der 1 LoD, Model Risk Management sowie internen und externen Prüfern

Ihr Profil- Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul
- oder Hochschulstudium bzw. Bachelor
- oder Master-Studium, idealerweise mit geopolitischer, soziologischer oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung.- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anti-Financial Crime im Banken-, Finanzdienstleistungs
- oder Regulierungsumfeld, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken und deren Abdeckung im AML/CTF Transaktionsmonitoring.- Umfangreiche Erfahrung bei der Abarbeitung von Audit Findings von internen sowie externen Auditern- Erfahrung bei der fachlichen Implementierung neuer Transaktionsüberwachungssysteme wie Actimize und im Bereich der Modell-Entwicklung sowie Parametrisierung wünschenswert.- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zusammenzufassen- Analytisches Denkvermögen, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
