**Your main assignments in this position are**:

- Active safety leadership Offshore driving Zero Harm culture ensuring compliance with SGRE standards and German legislation in relation to health and safety
- Ensure/perform all required site safety introductions are completed delivering technical and safety talks according to Setting to Work
- Ensure correct reporting of incidents and accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and conditions and drive resolution to prevent reoccurrenc
- Report technical and quality related issues using the required IT systems
- Ensure turbine mounted safety equipment is within required certification periods
- Ensure timesheet approval process is completed according to expectations
- Support technician competency development for technicians. Coach and develop the team(s) in line with SGRE standards
- Execute delegated line management responsibilities and performance management of shift staff in line with SGRE processes
- Responsible for the welfare of technicians whilst on site and escalation of any issues relating to PPE, transportation, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with site rules and regulations and support the Service Manager with investigations when breached
- Supervise all onsite technicians (internal and 3rd party technicians) and facilitate planning and execution ensuring EHS compliance
- Manage end to end process for putting technicians to work, including daily scheduling of activities, requests for permits and transportation as required
- Execute the crew change and handover process
- Identify and analyses troubleshooting case, escalating and following up unknown issues to performance engineer and technical support teams as required
- Analyze and report on turbine performance
- Responsible for preparation and execution of work packages/tasks following review of stop turbine status and planned work
- Responsible for bundling of work packages, supplying lists of required tools parts and consumables for stores collation
- Responsible for ensuring service checklists and other quality documentation are submitted correct and completed to a satisfactory standard and in a timely manner
- Lead daily planning meeting and liaison with customer as required
- Responsible for daily and weekly reporting of progress, status and issues
- Implement continual improvement processes on the site
- Plan and execute QWATs
- Actively support implementation of Mean Time Between Visits (MTBV) principles.
- Execute Single Minute Mobilization of operational staff
- Within the scope of the above-mentioned responsibilities, the employee will receive a transfer of duties with regards to HSE which applies within the assigned area, only

**Your qualifications**:

- Successful completed education / training within industry, preferably Electrician Technician, Operations Coordination or similar
- Several years of working experience within the offshore Service area
- Fit to work offshore
- Successful completion of all relevant trainings
- Proactive and independent
- Team player
- Flexibility regarding shift work and job site
- Very good English Skills (in speech and writing)
