**Ihre Mission**
- Sie übernehmen die proaktive Unterstützung der HR Business Partner in sämtlichen administrativen HR-Prozessen
- Sie haben die operative Verantwortung für den kompletten Mitarbeiterzyklus vom Eintritt bis zum Ruhestand (z.B. Ausfertigung von Zeugnissen und von Vertragsdokumenten)
- Sie überwachen und stellen Rückläufe sowie HR-Teilprozesse sicher
- Sie erstellen Auswertungen und Präsentationen
- Sie sind für den First-Level-Support bei sämtlichen HR-bezogenen Mitarbeiteranfragen zuständig

**Ihre Talente**
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
- Idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung
- Bestenfalls gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, empathisches Auftreten und kommunikative Stärke
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
