**Your Tasks**:
- The customer and customer satisfaction are the focus of your work
- You provide consistent communication between MediaMarktSaturn and business partners about operational, financial, contractual etc. issues
- You closely collaborate with local country teams to manage and direct business partners in the line with MediaMarktSaturn global strategies
- Your responsibilities include reviewing the performance of vendors on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- You are responsible for reporting the performance of vendors to the management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- You provide guidance, feedback and leadership to drive the vendors to achieve continuous improvement on all operational, quality and satisfaction metrics
- You are responsible to implement the global OneCare Operating Model and run
- You create and implement strategic action plans for the continuous development of operations.
- You always keep an eye on changes in the market and competition and thus continuously develop the customer care concept using best practices.
- You work closely with stakeholders from the areas of customer experience and operational excellence across all countries to achieve improvements in the interest of the customer
- Together with the team and internal and external partners, you act as the customer's ambassador (M/F/d) to make WoW moments tangible for our customers
**Your Profile**:
- You have a university degree in business administration/international management or a comparable course
- Several years of experience in a Call Centre / Customer Care organisation
- You have a real passion for customer needs and proven success in implementing sustainable, customer-oriented measures in complex corporate structures
- You can manage complexity and change very well
- You have experience in addressing blockages at all levels transparently and appreciatively, in developing pragmatic solution proposals and in implementing necessary changes with confidence
- You have proven expertise in service management processes, technologies in the field of service management and service automation
- You have strong analytical skills and work in a data-driven manner
- You bring proven skills in interface management and effective collaboration and communication with different stakeholders
- Experience in an international role and / or MMS organisation is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English (both writing and speaking), German knowledge is a plus
**About Us**:
As part of Global Customer Care you will be the customer's central ambassador in the organization. In close collaboration with internal and external partners, you ensure smooth customer care operations. You enable the successful implementation on OneCare within the regions and run the operations afterwards. You create reports and action plans on relevant performance and quality KPIs as well as customer insights for the organization and the top management.
You work in the field of tension between customer, vendors and countries/operations. You identify data-based optimization potentials and passionately carry them to the business partners, countries organization and manage their implementation.
