**Join our team**:
Als **Legal Counsel **(m/w/d) bei EIGENSONNE bist du der/die Ansprechpartner*in für alle Rechtsfragen und arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern als Stabstelle. Du berätst vor allem in vertrags
- und datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen und prüfst und verhandelst eigenständig Verträge. Zusätzlich hilfst du den Gründern bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Finanzierungsrunden, insbesondere auch von Due Diligences.

**Deine Rolle bei uns**:

- Du arbeitest direkt als Stabstelle der Gründer und Geschäftsführer und hast somit Einblick in alle Bereiche eines sehr stark wachsenden Unternehmens, Dein Fokus liegt auf den Bereichen Vertrags
- und Datenschutzrecht, aber auch Personalrecht
- Du bist der/die alleinige Ansprechpartner*in für alle Rechtsfragen bei EIGENSONNE und bist somit auch für alle Themen in diesem Bereich, ggf. durch die Zuhilfenahme von externen Fachanwälten, verantwortlich
- Du bist von Tag eins an Mitglied unseres Strategieteams und hilfst allen Geschäftsbereichen bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen unterschiedlicher Art
- Du bearbeitest selbständig rechtliche Fragestellungen zu nationalen und internationalen Vertragsangelegenheiten. Dabei erkennst und bewertest Du vertragliche und unternehmerische Risiken, erstellst Lösungsstrategien und stehst bei deren Umsetzung kreativ zur Seite
- Du berätst das Produkt
- und Tech Team in Fragestellungen aus den oben genannten Rechtsgebieten bei der Einführung von neuen Tools und Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Du unterstützt die Gründer bei allen rechtlichen Aspekten bei der Durchführung von Finanzierungsrunden und Due Diligences

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du bist Volljurist und kannst Arbeitserfahrung in einer renommierten Kanzlei und/oder in einem internationalen Unternehmen vorweisen
- Du hast bereits fundierte Kenntnisse in den oben genannten Rechtsgebieten sammeln können
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, triffst Entscheidungen und hast das erste und zweite juristische Staatsexamen mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen abgeschlossen
- Du bist bereit Dir pragmatisch auch neue Themen und Rechtsgebiete zu erschließen und dynamische regulatorische Entwicklungen eng zu begleiten
- Du besitzt ein hohes Level an Integrität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative und scheust Dich nicht vor Verantwortung
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1-C2)
