WHAT YOU DO
- As a strategist you break the status quo with strong ideas and new approaches that will benefit our client’s future brand and corporate strategy
- You collaborate with creative teams to create holistic and unseen brand communications and experiences
- With your strategic work you shape brand perception into a distinct direction
- You do not wait for a special task to perform. You seek opportunities and impulses to consult the client in terms of Design, Culture, Society, Opinion Leaders, Future Trends and any kind of innovation
- You oversee complex projects and make sure everyone stays in line, following the overarching mission and vision of the brand
- You do not shy away from extensive analysis of Markets, Trends, Design, Target Groups or Competitors. Nor the preparation and facilitation of workshops

WHO YOU ARE
- You have sufficient professional experience in strategic brand consulting, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment, a future lab or a startup
- You understand complex topics, distill the relevant information, enhance them with relevant context and summarize them on point
- You know how to craft research plans, research questions, and discussion guides
- You have deep experience with qualitative research methods such as conducting one-on-one interviews and ethnographic-style fieldwork, moderating group conversations, running ideation workshops or conducting co-design workshops
- You have some experience with quantitative methods such as surveys, experiments or secondary data analysis
- You are confident in using MS Office, know how to create excellent PowerPoint presentations, know the typical research tools and always look for new sources
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
