Internal Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Communications Specialist (x|f|m) for internal communications (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) based in Göttingen or Berlin (GER) or at our sites in FR and UK. In this position, you will contribute to a continuous flow of information within the Sartorius Group and help to provide our more than 16,000 employees worldwide with easy-to-understand information about the company's strategy and development, its purpose as well as current projects.

**Your** **tasks**
- Research, develop and distribute relevant content for internal target groups in different formats, such as articles, presentations, videos, podcasts
- Develop and implement new communication formats and channels with a focus on digital media and face-to-face
- Support managers in their individual communication targets
- Advance the strategic development of our intranet, based on Staffbase
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and content providers
- Evaluate results of communication activities

**Your** **qualifications**
- University degree in communications, journalism or natural sciences
- Several years experience in a communications role, preferably with a focus on science-related topics
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the conception and technical realization of videos and podcasts
- Strategic and creative mind-set
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in leadership communication
- Willingness to proactively learn about complex life science and biopharma topics and continuously develop knowledge
- Fluency in English — both written and spoken
- Good time management, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Highly motivated to bring in own ideas
