**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) sind Sie vollumfäglich für die interne und externe Ausrichtung und Vermarktung von ICONIC verantwortlich. Sie verantworten die Markenentwicklung und -steuerung, die komplette Kommunikationspolitik sowie die Vermarktungsstrategie und interne Werbemaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit unserem Strategie
- und dem Sales-Team. Sie setzen auf den bisher bestehenden Themen auf und bauen Ihre Abteilung eigenverantwortlich Schritt für Schritt auf. Zu Beginn stehen Ihnen 1,5 Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung. Wir erwarten, dass Sie in der digitalen Welt Zuhause sind und diese durch und durch verstehen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Entwicklung, Planung und Konzeptionierung von Marketingstrategien (sowohl Online als auch Offline)
- Steuerung der kompletten Marketingaktivitäten (Online und Offline) / Kampagnensteuerung
- Verantwortung der Website und allen Social Kanäle und deren Content
- Strategische und operative Planung und Umsetzung des Marketing-Mix
- Strategische und operative Planung und Umsetzung der Social Media Strategie
- Strategische und operative Planung und Umsetzung der PR-Strategie
- Strategische und operative Planung und Umsetzung der Influencer-Strategie
- Strategische und operative Planung und Umsetzung der SEO-Strategie
- Durchführung von Markt-, Zielgruppen
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Effektiver & effizienter Einsatz von Budgets nach vordefinierten ROI Zielen
- Planung, Verwaltung & Steuerung der Website in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team
- Definition & Kontrolle von Marketing-Zielen
- Erstellung von Reportings & Management Summarys
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Infomappen
- Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich BWL, VWL, Medien, Kulturwissenschaft oder eine sehr gut abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung (2-4 Jahre) im Marketing-Umfeld (idealerweise digital)
- Nachweislicher Track-Record in der Vermarktung von B2B / B2C Angeboten
- Gespür für Marketing & aktuelle Trends in der digitalen Vermarktung
- Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Planung & Steuerung von Google/Meta Kampagnen
- Sehr gute theoretische Kenntnisse im Bereich Marketing
- Emotionale Intelligenz
- Starke Motiviations
