**Your Tasks - What You can expect as BU Controller (f/m/d)?**
- You are responsible for all finance-relevant topics for two of our business units across the EMEA region with a combined turnover of approximately 100 million Euro. This includes tasks in strategic as well as operative controlling (incl. sales and cost controlling).
- You are an important sparring partner for the management team of the business units and work closely with the CFO of the EMEA region.
- You coordinate and execute budget plans and forecasts.
- You develop business cases and analyses as basis of decision-making and support in this way regarding investments and planned strategic actions.
- You initiate projects and measures for the improvement of performance and processes and you will be a project leader for selected projects.
- You participate in possible M&A projects.

**Your Profile - What do You bring as BU Controller (f/m/d)?**After your relevant university degree in finance or similar you have gained several years of experiences in the area of finance/controlling.
You have working knowledge in SAP (COPA) und are used to handling MS Office, especially Excel.
You like to work in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world and you know how to deal with cultural differences.
You are able to easily switch between being a challenger/enforcer and supporter/listener and you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are a good communicator with business fluent English skills (German and French would be a plus).
