**Arbeiten im Kommunikations
- und Marketingteam**:
Statkraft hat hochgesteckte Wachstumsziele. Unser Kommunikations
- und Marketingteam in Deutschland unterstützt das Business dabei diese Ziele zu erreichen und unseren Zielgruppen und Interessensnehmern näherzubringen. Das tun wir durch Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, interne Kommunikation, Content-Erstellung und Marketingkommunikation.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Der/die richtige Kandidat:in hat die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit unserem Public Relations Team die Aktivitäten von Statkraft in den Bereichen Stromerzeugung, Märkte und Wasserstoffentwicklung in Deutschland zu unterstützen. Du berätst und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kollegen aus den Kraftwerken, dem Energiehandel, Origination und der Projektentwicklung zusammen. Du bringst unser Leistungsversprechen als eines der wichtigsten Unternehmen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien in Deutschland zum Ausdruck und kommunizierst Botschaften, die unser Unternehmen von den Wettbewerbern abheben, über unsere Kommunikationskanäle an alle wichtigen Stakeholder.

**Als Communications Advisor:in**:

- Interagierst Du mit Journalisten und anderen relevanten externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere in den Regionen, in denen wir aktiv sind.
- Steigerst Du das Bewusstsein für und die Akzeptanz für das Geschäft von Statkraft und positionierst unsere Aktivitäten positiv und transparent bei internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Identifizierst, steuerst und realisierst Du effektive Kommunikationsformate für unsere bestehenden und neuen Geschäftsaktivitäten und setzt diese gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen um.
- Berätst Du strategisch und unterstützt unsere Kraftwerks-, Energiehandels-, Origination
- und Wasserstoff-Teams operativ bei der Erreichung ihrer Geschäftsziele durch zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation
- Bringst Du in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Business-Teams relevante Themen an und beantwortest Medienanfragen, planst und koordinierst Interviews und briefst unsere Kolleg:innen aus den Fachbereichen.
- Du verfasst Pressemitteilungen, redaktionelle Texte, Broschüren, Q&A, organisierst (Medien-)Veranstaltungen etc. und arbeitest crossmedial für alle Kanäle unserer internen und externen Kommunikation.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Teammitgliedern in Deutschland zusammen und tauscht Dich mit Kommunikationskollegen in ganz Europa über Best Practices aus. Zugleich pflegst und erweiterst Du gezielt Deine Kontakte zu internen Experten und externen Stakeholdern.
- Du verfasst Pressemitteilungen, redaktionelle Texte, Broschüren, Q&A, organisierst (Medien-)Veranstaltungen etc. und arbeitest crossmedial für alle Kanäle unserer internen und externen Kommunikation. Dabei beherrschst Du alle Facetten der digitalen und analogen Kommunikation.
- Du hast Spaß am kontinuierlichen Lernen.

Dank Deiner Erfahrung und Kompetenz im Management von Themen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern erkennst Du Chancen, aber auch Reputationsrisiken. Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Teammitgliedern in Deutschland zusammen und tauschst Dich mit Kommunikationskollegen in ganz Europa aus. Zugleich pflegst und erweiterst Du bewusst deine Kontakte zu internen Experten und externen Stakeholdern.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und einen Bachelor+ Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachgebiet.
- Über die Presse
- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit hinaus hast Du Erfahrung mit der strategischen Planung und Umsetzung analoger wie auch digitaler Kommunikation.
- Du hast möglichst schon in der Energiebranche gearbeitet und kennst die Welt der Energie in ihrer Komplexität
- Du verfügst über exzellente redaktionelle Fähigkeiten, eine außergewöhnliche Liebe zum Detail sowie Fähigkeiten zum Verfassen und Korrekturlesen von Texten
- Du kannst komplexe Informationen in klare und ansprechende Inhalte übersetzen
- Du kommunizierst und schreibst problemlos auf Deutsch (Muttersprache) wie auch auf Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
