Sie haben einen Hintergrund in Elektrotechnik/Elektronik/Informationstechnik und haben Interesse an Innovation? Als Senior Staff Specialist EMC Engineering unterstützen sie unsere Entwicklungsabteilungen aktiv bei der Umsetzung neuer Systeme on Chip (SoC) Projekte unter Berücksichtigung des Aspektes der Elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit (EMV). Dabei kooperieren Sie nicht nur mit internen Projektteams, sondern auch mit Infineon Kunden weltweit, um Lösungen für Produkte und Applikationen zu entwickeln.

Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- **Entwicklung von EMV-Testkonzepten **, -Testplänen, -Testschaltung und Software für Automotive Power ICs mit integriertem Mikrokontroller auf der Basis internationaler Standards und Spezifikationen
- **Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme von IC EMV Test
- und Applikationsplatinen, **Schaltungsentwicklung, Layout, Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme, Initialisierung und Programmierung von ICs
- **Konfiguration, Funktionsprüfung und Betrieb von Messplätzen **für elektromagnetische IC-Emission und Störfestigkeitstests
- **EMV Methodik-Entwicklung, **Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung von Messverfahren, Modellierung und Simulation zur EMV Analyse
- **EMV Charakterisierung **von Automotive
- Power ICs mit integriertem Mikrokontroller, Plausibilitätsprüfung der Ergebnisse, Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Ermittlung und Dokumentation von EMV ‑Testergebnissen und -Abhängigkeiten
- **Ergebnisreviews mit IC Designern, **Beratung von IC-Entwicklungsteams zur optimalen Gestaltung des Schaltungs-Designs
- **Unterstützung von Applikationsingenieuren bei der Kundenkommunikation **, Design-In/Win Support, Analyse und Diskussion von EMV-Ergebnisse, Erarbeitung von Applikationsmaßnahmen für und mit Kunden

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie folgendes mitbringen:

- Abgeschlossenes **Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Informationstechnik **oder ähnlichem Studiengang
- Mindestens **5 **Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung **idealerweise im Bereich **Hardwareentwicklung (PCB) und **hardwarenahe Programmierung (Mikrokontroller **) mit Bezug zur EMV Analyse
- **Erfahrung im **Design und Layout von Test
- und Applikationsplatinen **, EMV Engineering, Analyse von Power IC Applikationen
- **Erfahrung in der **Programmierung von Mikrocontrollern **und embedded Power ICs (SoC)
- **Kenntnisse im Bereich EMV und HF Messtechnik, **physikalische Grundlagen und Phänomene der EMV
- **Kenntnisse in der Modellierung und Simulation zur EMV Analyse **von Power Applikationen
- Sehr gute **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift**
