Unleash your potential as a People Partner (M/F/d) at ToolTime Join a dynamic role filled with variety and impact. Spend approx. 50% of your time attracting top talent, 30% shaping people business partnering, and 20% driving exciting people projects.

YOUR ROLE ✨

In-House Recruitment (50%)
- Collaborate closely with our departments in Product & Engineering to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and Talent Acquisition needs.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring processes for our tech-roles, from kick-off to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all involved.
- Analyze and challenge the recruiting process, while consistently monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive continuous improvement and elevate our recruiting processes to the next level.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including external recruiters, agencies, and employers of record, to foster productive collaborations.

People Business Partnering (30%)
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for Team Leads, providing guidance and support on People-related matters to foster clarity and enable informed decision-making.
- Working in collaboration with our People Team, aim to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

People Projects (20%)
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of a wide range of people projects (e.g. Employer Branding and Talent Development initiatives).
- Take the lead in the Onboarding Process, continuously enhancing it to ensure an exceptional experience for new hires, and implementing improvements based on feedback and best practices.

- Language: You are fluent in English, with proficiency in German being an advantageous asset.
- Communication: You demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively influence and build robust relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Multitasking: You exhibit an extremely organized working style and thrive on managing multiple projects simultaneously, such as overseeing various hiring processes concurrently.
- Proactivity: You display an unwavering commitment to challenging the status quo, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance our recruiting process and strategies.
- Curiosity: You are driven by passion, motivation, and commitment. Quick to grasp new concepts, you have a service-oriented mindset and adaptability to change, while exploring innovative avenues.
