Proclinical are working alongside a CRO who are currently recruiting for a Project Leader, RWE to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. The client is focused on performing clinical trials for their pharmaceutical customers to advance the drug authorisation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise study deadlines, patient recruitment, retention and data cleaning to guarantee successful results of the project.
- You will evolve site selection and supervision plans for the team.
- Monitor the upkeep and quality check of central files.
- Uphold and ensure quality of work created and raised and follow up when suitable.
- Found effective/efficient relations with all other functional leaders and organisers across locations within a given program.
- Offer guidance and leadership to project team members.
- Contribute to the end of study meetings and supply contributions to lessons learned information and feedback pertinent information into the pertinent functions.
- Review and recognise resourcing requirements and consistently supervise the use of materials over project lifecycle.
- Acknowledge recognised and raised site problems and drive to closure.
- Might be needed to perform site visits as per client or project demands.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a life science, nursing or pertinent clinical discipline or obtained work experience in a clinical management role.
- Know-how f SOPs/regulations, ICH-GCP, and any other suitable local and global guidelines.
- Comprehension and familiarity with clinical trial processes as well as a comprehension of all facets of project lifecycles.
- Clinical/clinical management acquaintance within clinical research or CRO establishment.
- Previous involvement within clinical research in a leadership role in clinical functions or arranging clinical trials.
- Familiarity within an associate clinical operations leadership role.
- Comprehension of cross functional actions.
- Leadership abilities with the capacity to handle various tasks simultaneously as well as prioritise workload.
- A high attention to detail.
- Able to manage time efficiently.
- Takes initiative and works well both independently and in a team.
- Possess a sense of urgency in accomplishing allocated duties as well as committed to high quality work.
- Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of gaining the trust and confidence of both company personnel and clients.
- Eager to learn with solid consulting abilities.
- Action and client focused.
- An agile mindset with the commitment to delivery as well as quality.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Able to resolve issues.
- Competent with company systems.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in the country's local language.
