**Your Job**
For our location in Ettlingen, we are currently looking for a Team Lead (M/F/d) Operational Customs Operations EMEA. In this position, you will take on the responsibility for a team of 5 and provide support, among other things, in harmonizing customs processes within the EMEA region.

Our diverse team is a dedicated group of professionals operating in the exciting world of international trade. With profound expertise in customs affairs, we collaborate to ensure seamless import and export processes.

**What You Will Do**
- Comprehensive responsibility for operational customs area (import / export / special customs procedures)
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
- Demand-oriented personnel planning for the department
- Support for regional projects in various forms
- Establishment of a European workflow organization for central customs processing
- Organization and conduct of workshops within the EMEA region
- Ensuring and continuously improving all customs-related process workflows

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree in the relevant field
- Extensive professional experience in the field of operational customs processing
- Comprehensive professional experience in areas of import, export, as well as special customs procedures and their processing processes
- Leadership experience
- Fluent German and English language skills
