**OT Security Architect (M/F/d)**

Are you a visionary who understands how technical systems affect each other? Our Security Architecture team is responsible for globally connecting the security of our on-premises, cloud-based and endpoint systems into a unified, seamless ecosystem.
In this role (M/F/d), you will analyze OT technology security threats, define platform-level security requirements, and drive the global adoption of Zero Trust security architectures. You will work in an international team of architects and with our service partners. Through you, ideas and requirements will become tangible concepts and global solutions.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You define security requirements from strategic objectives
- Create OT security solutions and robust reference architectures that align business needs with information and cybersecurity requirements
- You perform threat and risk analysis and integrate outcomes into the security architecture
- Interface with operational activities, provide guidance to internal teams and service providers as needed, engage stakeholders as advocates for the target architecture
- You assist in the design of global services and processes to ensure robust security solutions from internal and external service providers (e.g., responsibilities, monitoring and reporting processes, exception management)
- You manage and drive parallel activities, be proactive and motivated in setting priorities and meeting deadlines

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree (Master) in computer science, information security or a relevant discipline
- You have several years of experience in planning IT/security architectures and their operation across service partner systems
- Long-term IT Experience and several years of professional experience in Operational Technology Security
- You have experience assessing against standards and frameworks (i.e., IEC-62243/ISA-99, ISA-95, NIST SP 800-82 R2, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27002.)
- Expertise on developing OT security programs, and securing OT network architecture
- You have strong working knowledge of architecture management techniques and methodologies (modeling and scenario techniques) and knowledge of related standards like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82
- Certifications such as GICSP, CSSA, CISSP, CISM, CFSE/CFSP or comparable certifications in the IT security environment would be a plus, these can also be acquired with us
- Global perspective and ability to see the big picture and translate visions into actionable plans
- Ideally a solid foundation in laboratory / ICS support and ability to analyze and manage complex processes and systems
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
