For the expansion of our IT Team in Germany we are looking for a

Team Lead (m/w/d) Center of Excellence

**YOUR FUNCTIONS**:

- Work closely with different region’s leader to understand their infrastructure on-going and project work related needs.
- Hire, develop, and retain highly responsive and customer focused engineers to ensure the effective operation of the department.
- Ensure continual process improvement including automation of tasks, reporting and routine administration tasks.
- Perform regular process improvement reviews to ensure ongoing optimization.
- Manage and document Standards, Policies, and Processes for global infrastructure.
- Manage projects to upgrade and maintain infrastructure technologies and assist with various service-related projects as requested.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- At least 3 year's experience in team or project management.
- Experience with monitoring technologies including Splunk, SolarWinds., Thousand Eyes.
- Understanding of Infrastructure environments - VMware, Nutanix, storage, networks, databases, exchange etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability of industry standard ITIL process frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
