Wir wachsen weiter Unser Retail Quality Team ist für das technische Partnernetzwerk bei Autohero zuständig. Als Quality Control Inspector (d/m/w)sicherst du neben Schadenseinschätzungen, Kostenvoranschlägen und Ferndiagnosen die Qualitätsstandards unserer Fahrzeugaufbereitung. Du bist ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen rund um unsere Fahrzeuge und arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams zusammen.

Deine neue Rolle
- Verantworte die Freigabe der Reparaturaufträge unserer Fahrzeuge
- Erkenne durch deine Affinität zu Fahrzeugen zuverlässig Schäden an Gebrauchtwagen und schätze diese ein
- Übernimm Verantwortung für die Administrationsaufgaben wie Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Erstelle die Kalkulationen mit Teileerfassung über das Logistikprogramm und sorge für die Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle der auszuwertenden Daten
- Betreue im technischen Support unsere Partnerwerkstätten und eigenen Refurbishment Centern
- Trage maßgeblich zur Optimierung unserer Fahrzeugaufbereitung bei und entwickle Prozesse sowie Standards weiter

Deine Fähigkeiten
- KFZ-Hintergrund, sowie eine Kaufmännische Ausbildung, sowie erste praktische Erfahrung im Büro oder im Verkauf
- Erfahrung mit Kostenkalkulation und Schadenseinschätzung oder anderen vergleichbaren Tools
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und vertrauter Umgang mit gängigen Software-Anwendungen (wie Microsoft Office)
- Flexible und schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft, an flexiblen Standorten zu arbeiten
