We now have a phenomenal opportunity for a digital minded individual to join the local brand team in one of AZs offices in Germany, Austria, Netherlands or Belgium supporting with delivery of content production and creative services in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets. This is a highly collaborative project management role with lots of exposure to different markets and partners.

The GCO Content Delivery Associate is a member of the Global Commercial Operations (GCO)’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and reports to the Omnichannel Delivery Director. You will manage the development of content production services within the DACH markets.

The role holder must have the ability to optimally partner, influence and challenge key stakeholders in order to drive adoption of and performance of the GCO production capabilities. You will ensure consistent satisfaction of services and work on ongoing continuous improvement of existing “business as usual” (BAU) production as well as the expansion of additional services.

**What you will do**:

- Accountable for identifying and understanding regional and local market content trends to enable GCO to provide feedback to TA brands teams via the Content Centre team that ensure global content meets the needs of the marketing companies.
- The GCO Content Delivery Associate will ensure that quality and timelines for content delivery are agreed and maintained with their markets and maintain an open dialogue on the feedback of the services.
- Works with their respective markets to ensure all necessary communications and change management activities are delivered to the region and/or local marketing company for new content solutions.
- Drives efforts to prioritize work and establish delivery schedules that meet client needs and team capacity.
- Identifies potential new production capabilities to support operational/value expansion and proactively shares them with GCO colleagues and leadership.
- Leverage reporting and utilization metrics to communicate overall adoption of GCO production. Where there are gaps, work with GCO Leadership and colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with our outsourced partners to ensure continuous value optimisation for AstraZeneca. It also requires a continuous review of demand and capabilities that our partners need to provide to make sure they are aligned to the market’s needs.
- Ensures all partners within GCO comply with all appropriate AZ Code of Conduct policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s Degree
- Experience from Pharmaceutical industry
- Supplier Management Experience
- Project management experience including budget management
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal och communication skills
- Proficient in English and German

This is a temporary position for 12 months based at one of our vibrant offices In Hamburg, Vienna, Groot-Bijgaarden or Den Haag with possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
