- You will be supporting the GCS “Group Corporate Services” Team by directly representing UBS towards our clients and prospects.

- Welcome clients and prospects on a daily basis, organizing a smooth operation of our client area
- Represent one of the globally leading wealth managers
- Be an inspiring colleague to several internal GCS facility and service management roles and enable the team for continuous best in class service delivery
- Contribute to process optimizations & proactively identify enhancements of the operating model
- Manage and resolve incidents and risk issues in your area
- Help executing the strategies of GCS EMEA, UBS Germany and UBS Europe SE
- Support the UBS Environment Management System by bringing in your ideas
- Assist your front colleagues with administrative tasks like travel reimbursements or client gifts handling

- You’ll be working in the GCS team in Germany. We provide best-in-class services in facility management, provider and vendor management, hospitality services, mailing and record management as well as security services including health and safety. As a receptionist you will play an important role in supporting on the daily challenging and exciting tasks - acting as our “living business card” towards our clients.

**Your expertise**
- An excellent communicator - fluent in English & German language
- Broad knowledge of services management and comfortable with interacting at all levels of a business across geographies and cultures
- Can-do attitude and hands on personality
- Proven ability to adopt to organizational change, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong conflict resolution and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
