**Team Lead Documentation (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**
- Weltweite fachliche Führung der Engineeringfunktion „Documentation“ sowie disziplinarische Führung der Teams in Weingarten und Stuttgart
- Entwicklung und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebes mit dem Global Engineering Center
- Mitwirken und Führung von Initiativen zur Entwicklung bzw. Verbesserung und Digitalisierung von Arbeitsabläufen
- Unterstützung in der strategischen Planung und Kapazitätsplanung
- Administration, Kapazitätsplanung und Sicherstellen des Arbeitsablaufes innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Engineering-Prozesse
- Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen
- Pflege und Neuerstellung von Betriebsanleitungen für Coperion-eigene Bauteile

**Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Engineering, der Konstruktion oder Dokumentation von Anlagen der Prozessindustrie
- Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, strategisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In
- und Ausland
