**Deine Aufgaben**:
Unsere Marketingkoordinatoren bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen in den Ländern und den Funktionen im Headquarter in Hamburg. Sie berichten i.d.R. an den Global Senior Brand Manager einer Kategorie wie NIVEA Face, Body oder SUN und sind untereinander sehr gut vernetzt. Einarbeitung sowie Teamwork untereinander sind in dieser Position gewünschte und gelebte Praxis.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Unterstützung der Brand Manager einer Kategorie bei Master Data (Stammdaten) Prozessen
- Kommunikation mit Brand Managern unterschiedlicher Länder zur Abstimmung von Projektplänen und Deadlines
- Pflege von Datenbanken
- Erstellung und Ordern von Sales Samples
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (gerne auch branchenfremd, z.B. als Veranstaltungskauffrau oder -mann oder aus dem Bereich Projektbetreuung oder Assistenz)
- Erste Berufserfahrungen, gerne mit Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
- Sehr gute Organisations
- sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß an echter Teamarbeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word/Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) und idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Der Standort Hamburg/Deutschland ist der Haupttätigkeitsort für die Ausübung dieser Position. Daher empfehlen wir den Wohnsitz in Hamburg oder Umgebung.
Grundsätzlich gilt eine betriebliche Vereinbarung, die 40% der Arbeitszeit an einem flexiblen Arbeitsort in Deutschland gestattet. Die genaue Ausgestaltung der Regelung im betreffenden Team wird im persönlichen Gespräch erläutert.
