Senior Associate Quality Assurance DACH

Berichtslinie: Senior Safety & Quality Manager DACH
**Verantwortungsbereich der Funktion**:
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems DACH unter Einhaltung der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Normen im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung
- Aktualisierung und Pflege von Qualitätssicherheitsdokumenten, einschließlich SOPs (Standardarbeitsanweisungen) und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Prüfung der Compliance des gesamten Produktportfolios (Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Zahnpflegeprodukte und Kosmetika) im Perrigo DACH-Cluster
- Durchführung notwendiger Maßnahmen bei Nichteinhaltung bzw. Abweichung (Sperrung von Lagerware, Kontrolle von Spezifikationsabweichungen, Kommunikation und Maßnahmenplanung mit Kunden, Organisation und Durchführung von Rücknahmen/Rückrufen, etc.)
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Qualitätsreklamationen, Nebenwirkungen/unerwünschten Wirkungen sowie Kunden
- und Verbraucheranfragen
- Erfassung, Reporting und Dokumentation der gemeldeten Reklamationen/Beanstandungen
- Kommunikation mit Behörden bei Beanstandungen der Produktqualität und -sicherheit und bei Abweichungen
- Überprüfung von reklamierter Ware und Weiterleitung an den Lieferanten/Hersteller
- Kommunikation mit Kunden zu Qualitätsaspekten, mit relevanten Abteilungen des Unternehmens in der DACH-Region sowie mit der Firmenzentrale
- Planung, Durchführung und Prüfung von PQRs (Product Quality Reviews), OGS (Ongoing Stabilities) und anderer Qualitätsmetriken
- Planung, Betreuung und Durchführung von internen Audits und Behördeninspektionen, inklusive entsprechender Kommunikation mit relevanten Teams, Vertragspartnern und Behörden
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf Qualitätsrichtlinien, -prozesse und -verfahren
**Erfahrung erforderlich**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener naturwissenschaftlicher oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Studiengang
- Alternativ naturwissenschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Qualitätsmanagement oder Qualitätssicherung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Qualitätssicherung und im Qualitätsmanagement
- Hohe Affinität zu Qualität und Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung von Firmenstandards, Richtlinien und Prozessen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (auch fachbezogen)
- Gute Kenntnisse der Anforderungen aus EN ISO 9001-, GMP- und GDP-Richtlinien
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von internen/externen Audits und Inspektionen von Vorteil
- Interesse an wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen und eine Vorliebe für prozessorientiertes Arbeiten zur Sicherung von Qualitätsstandards
