**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and provide Radar solutions from scratch (concept in python) to embedded microcontrollers (C/C++).
- Analyze and interpret measurements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with team members to develop outstanding Radar solutions.
- Create clear and concise technical documentation.

**Your Profile**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Radar experience is highly desirable.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones.
- Positive work attitude, flexibility, and excellent team spirit.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced developing environment.
- Pragmatic, result-oriented, capable of delivering intermediate solutions promptly to facilitate the team's progress in multiple simultaneously running projects.
- The capability to continuously improve and refine solutions as needed.
- Very good communication skills in English language, German proficiency is advantageous.
