Deine Aufgaben

Du bist in der Welt der bewegten Bilder zu Hause und hast Lust auf eine facettenreiche und vielfältige Arbeit in einem tollen Team und eigenen Studio? Du weißt, wie man Daten und Gefühle verbindet, um Geschichten mit Mehrwert für Zielgruppen zu erzählen? Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und kannst diese nicht nur in kreative Ideen übersetzen, sondern begleitest sie auch von Konzeption bis Distribution? Dann lies weiter

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

- Du begleitest Medienproduktionen von Anfang bis Ende und darüber hinaus.
- Formatentwicklung und -konzeption: Entwicklung von Treatments, Scripting, visuelle Umsetzung
- Produktion: Regie, Planung von Drehtagen, Scouting, Casting, Budgetierung sowie Booking von Locations, Talents und externer Crew
- Abstimmung mit Kunden, Agenturen und Partnern

Das bringst du mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Producing und der Organisation von Video-/Audio
- oder Fotoproduktion.
- Du bist kreativ, konzeptstark und kommunikativ, kannst aber auch strategisch und analytisch arbeiten.
- Du bist Teamplayer, aber hast deine Crew im Griff.
- Du behältst den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn es mal wild zugeht.
- Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends und Social-Media-Formate.
- Bonus: Wenn du aus der Performance deiner Produktionen Ableitungen ziehst statt Fragezeichen.
- Formulierungsstärke und ein gutes Sprachgefühl
- Verantwortung und Motivation für dich und dein Team
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
