**Purpose**:This position is responsible for maintaining work scheduling data, work status-to-date, process controls and forecasts completions and computations of various tasks on contract units. Prepares, transfers, systematizes, and preserves both written and computerized communications and records. Gathers and distributes information and accounts for stores of materials.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides leadership, direction and guidance to production personnel to ensure effective contract performance and compliance.
- Ensures required reporting and deliverables are completed timely.
- Reviews production data for accuracy and efficiency as it relates to volume of production, work schedules, consumption of material, quality control, product specifications and other aspects of production.
- Consults with PC Supervisor and other senior management, as appropriate, to provide status reports as required and to address challenges and resolve project discrepancies as they arise.
- Oversees and monitors PC personnel and processes to ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Works to develop innovative and effective performance enhancing operational processes.
- Ensures employees maintain compliance with technical instructions and all company and customer safety and environmental requirements and regulations.
- Maintains a professional, respectful and productive work environment.
- Ensures scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions are entered and completed in Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A).
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Ensures all personnel understand and follow all Company and Government policies, procedures and directives.
- Ensure all personnel follow all Safety directives for APS-2.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Driver’s license is required
- Valid civilian US Passport is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required
- 1-3 years’ leadership experience is required
- Knowledge of GCSS-A is required
- Formal Training: GCSS-A certification and/or Military AIT/industry 40hr course equivalent. Must be able to produce GCSS-A Training and Certifications (GTRAC) within 30 days of hire.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance repairs on a variety of equipment.
- Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
- Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all Logistics Information System (LIS) access requirements (Common Access Card).
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Must be able to independently operate with mínimal supervision.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of logistics and maintenance.
- Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with other effectively.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in military production control is a plus.

**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and outside weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to situations where risk of electrical shock and vibration exist. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. May be required to deploy on missions on short notice at the direction of the PMO. Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively up to a 48-hour work week.
