YOUR ROLE

As a production coordinator, you ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly. In consultation with the technologists and process and plant responsible, you ensure that the required material is available and that the quality requirements are met. In addition, you ensure that the corresponding process steps are planned and carried out according to plan. You will also work closely with our data scientists to further develop our database / MES system and adapt it to production requirements.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience in production planning or in production coordination, advantageous with MES experience/ knowledge
- Experience with well-structured process flows
- Structured way of working and very good logical thinking
- Transfer and processing of information should be easy for you
- Accurate/thorough assessment of correctness and error communication with solution approaches
- Quick learner and proactive communication culture
- Good IT skills
- A sense of responsibility with a high level of assertiveness
- Motivating way of working to promote content well in the team
- Good team skills with secure communication in German and English

YOUR TASKS
- Lead coordination meetings (including preparation/documentation and support of other colleagues)
- Close cooperation with the technologists in process development, process owners and operators
- Ensuring the completeness of the production documentation
- Overview and communication of quality assurance and system states
- Communication and planning of maintenance times for the systems in cooperation with the maintenance department
- Together with your colleagues, you optimize the production and manufacturing processes and workflows in order to improve the required quality, throughput and uptime
