**Wen suchen wir?**:
Als Sozialunternehmen nehmen wir eine wichtige Rolle im Sozialstaat und beim Einsatz für mehr Chancengerechtigkeit ein. Neben unserer direkten Wirkung durch die Programme an den rund 30 Standorten bringen wir uns auch aktiv in die Gestaltung der Rahmenbedingungen am Arbeitsmarkt ein. Zur Unterstützung dieser Arbeit suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine
**studentische Hilfskraft (mit 12-20 Arbeitsstunden pro Woche) für den Bereich Research & Advocacy**, vorzugsweise mit
**Sitz bei der JOBLINGE Dachorganisation in München. **Bei dieser Aufgabe sind deine analytischen Fähigkeiten genauso gefordert wie deine Begeisterung dafür, im Feld Arbeitsmarkt
- und Sozialpolitik etwas zu bewegen.

**Was sind deine Aufgaben?**:
Recherche und Analyse von Gesetzesvorhaben, Regierungsprogrammen und relevanten Studien in der Arbeitsmarkt
- und Sozialpolitik.
eigenständiges, aktives Monitoring von Stakeholdern und aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Arbeitsmarkt
- und Sozialpolitik auf Ebene von Bund und Ländern.
Formulieren und Erstellen von Exzerpten, Positionen und Textbausteinen.
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung politischer Positionen und deren Kommunikation.
Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Gesprächen und Formaten.
Mitwirkung bei der Wahrnehmung von Mandaten in relevanten Verbänden und Gremien.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen (v.a. Presse & Kommunikation) und externen Stakeholdern, beispielsweise bei Kampagnen oder überregionalen Projekten.
Inhaltliche und organisatorische Unterstützung unserer politischen Interessenvertretung.

**Was du mitbringen solltest**:
du studierst Soziologie, Politikwissenschaften, Public Relations oder ein verwandtes Fach und hast bestenfalls bereits grundlegende Erfahrung in den Feldern Arbeitsmarkt und Sozialstaat sowie im politischen System der BRD.
Flexibilität und Freude daran, direkt anzupacken sowie aktiv eigene Impulse einzubringen.
du arbeitest gern fokussiert und analytisch, bist gut strukturiert und schätzt Eigenverantwortung.
sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache sowie der gängigen EDV-Programme.
du löst Herausforderungen gerne im Team, trägst aber auch alleine zu Lösungen bei.
gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit unterschiedlichen Akteuren, intern wie extern (Wissenschaft, Behörden oder Partnerorganisationen).
du bist zeitlich für mindestens ein Jahr (gerne länger) regelmäßig an zwei Tagen pro Woche (flexibel nach Absprache) verfügbar.
