Als Assistent (m/w/d) des globalen Teams sind Sie für alle administrativen Assistenztätigkeiten verantwortlich. Dazu gehört auch, als zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder zu fungieren oder den Informationsfluss innerhalb der Mitarbeitenden sicherzustellen.

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören hauptsächlich**:

- Unterstützung des Leiters des Bereiches Tire Machinery & Stock Preparation und seines Management-Teams in Bezug auf Telefonate, Kalender, Kontaktlisten, Reisevorbereitungen, Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Planung, Koordination und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Besprechungsterminen und Veranstaltungen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen, E-Mails, Newslettern, Blogs und sonstiger Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Überwachung von Aufträgen und Kosten
- Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützung und Betreuung von Besuchern am Standort
- Übernahme oder Unterstützung von Projekten mit administrativem Fokus, falls erforderlich

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise darauf aufbauend ein Fach
- oder Betriebswirt im Bereich Wirtschaft
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Assistent (m/w/d) und Arbeit im internationalen und interkulturellen Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in SAP, mit Schwerpunkt auf Bestell
- und Kostenstellensteuerung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen, mit Fokus auf Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Integrität sowie präzise, eigenverantwortliche, service
- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
