- Bei der IBsolution hast Du als **Specialist (m/w/d) Customer Success Business Intelligence** die Möglichkeit, abwechslungsreiche und vielseitige Aufgaben zu bewältigen.
- Du bist aktiver Part des Incident-, Problem
- und Change-Request-Managements und betreust Bestandsapplikationen beim Kunden, entwickelst diese weiter.
- Auch fungierst Du als Trusted Advisor und berätst Kunden in Hinblick auf Strategie und Projektlösungswege.
- Ferner engagierst Du Dich als Service Manager für einzelne Kunden und koordinierst die Delivery des kompletten Customer Success-Portfolios.

**Erfahrungen**: Du verfügst über mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Modellierung von Datenmodellen in BW / BW4/HANA bzw. SAP Analytics Cloud. Auch sind Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von ABAP bzw. ABAP/OO sowie im Umgang mit SAP-ERP, SAP BW bzw. BW4/HANA und SAP Analytics Cloud von Vorteil.
**Sprachen**: Du bringst gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
