As an Indirect Purchaser and Facility Manager (m/w/d), you will have a significant role in the procurement and logistics area in our German organization with three sites spread around the country. You will support the German Accelleron organization in realizing its potential. You will strengthen, build up and maintain strong and efficient relationships with suppliers and create new possibilities. As an Indirect Purchaser and Facility Manager (M/F/d), you will be able to play a part in the further optimization of our company and create your own footprint within Accelleron.

Als indirekter Einkäufer und Facility Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie in unserer deutschen Organisation mit drei Standorten eine maßgebliche Rolle im Bereich Einkauf und Logistik. Sie unterstützen die deutsche Accelleron-Organisation dabei, ihr Potenzial auszuschöpfen. Sie stärken, bauen und pflegen starke und effiziente Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und schaffen neue Möglichkeiten für das Unternehmen. Als indirekter Einkäufer und Facility Manager (m/w/d) können Sie an der weiteren Optimierung unseres Unternehmens mitwirken und Ihren eigenen Fußabdruck innerhalb von Accelleron schaffen.

**Responsibilities**:
Purchasing:

- Purchase of materials, services, and capital goods from external suppliers.
- Identifying and realizing potential savings.
- Concluding Make or Buy-Analyses.
- Supplier management (incl. framework agreements, purchasing negotiations, maintenance of collaboration).
- Material disposition for three sites.

Site Management:

- Coordination with landlords.
- Maintenance schedules.
- Organization of conversions and installations.
- Cost monitoring.

Waste Management:

- Targeted selection of disposal companies.
- Fulfilling & ensuring legal compliance.
- Optimization of waste volumes.

Fleet Management.
- Leasing vehicles as a responsible Fleet Manager.
- Maintenance management.

Einkauf.
- Einkauf von Materialen, Dienstleitungen und Investitionsgütern von externen Lieferanten.
- Identifizieren und Realisieren von Einsparpotenzialen.
- Durchführen von „Make or Buy"-Analysen.
- Lieferantenmanagement (u.A. Rahmenverträge, Einkaufs-verhandlungen, Pflege der Zusammenarbeit).
- Materialdisposition für mehrere Standorte.

Gebäudemanagement.
- Abstimmung mit Vermietern.
- Wartungspläne für Einbauten.
- Organisation von Um
- und Einbauten.
- Kostenüberwachung (bspw. Nebenkosten).

Abfallmanagement.
- Gezielte Auswahl der Entsorger.
- Erfüllen & Sicherstellen der Gesetzeskonformität (bspw. Nachweispflichten).
- Optimierung der Abfallmengen.
- Direkte Abstimmung und Antragsstellung mit sowie bei Behörden.

Fuhrparkmanagement.
- Leasing von Fahrzeugen als Fuhrparkverantwortliche/r.
- Wartungsmanagement.

Your background
- Complete and proficient commercial education (e.g. close to procurement activities).
- Professional background in a comparable role in procurement.
- Proficiency in usage of all kinds of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneNote, etc.) such as fluency in German and English language.
- First experiences in working with S4/HANA would be a plus.
- Interest in a moderate traveling role (around 8 - 12 times per year within Germany).
- Structured and efficient way of working and ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische.
- Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung im indirekten.
- Einkauf sowie den anliegenden Rolleninhalten Gute Kenntnisse in der deutschen sowie ebglischen.
- Sprache in Wort & Schrift Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office; erste Berufserfahrung mit S4/HANA wäre von Vorteil Interesse an einer moderaten.
- Reisetätigkeit (ca. 8 - 12 innerdeutsche Reisen im Jahr).
- Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, die Fähigkeit gut zu Priorisieren sowie in einem dynamischen und schnell-lebigen Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
