This is a Fulltime and permanent position.
The Technical Life Cycle Management (TLCM) owns and provides strong technical oversight of our commercial products and processes End to End and throughout their life cycle across the global GSK network.
We are looking to recruit a **Technical Life Cycle Management Leader** **for Influenza egg based - DQIV and DPan**.**
This role is part of the Polysaccharide, Meningitidis and FLU TLCM franchise within global MSAT
whose mission is to own the end-to-end view on all steps involved in manufacturing.
In your role as Senior Manager, you are responsible for the Product Life cycle of DQIV and DPAN, leading related TLCT and MRRB boards, active player of GPLT and externally in the industry/WHO framework.
**Your main responsibilities will include the following**:
- ** End to End product life cycle** for specific vaccines ensuring complaint state with authority requirements / regulations. This includes process and method robustness and continuous improvement initiatives.to be managed through the followings:
- lead and animate the Technical Life Cycle Team (TLCT) and the Manufacturing Robustness review Board (MRRB).
- ensure that proper Technical Life Cycle Plans (TLCP) are in place and kept updated for products under her/his responsibility.
- oversight that the tell & do changes are properly managed through the implementation committee, including Master Data.
- Feed and maintain the **knowledge management** for the products in his / her field of responsibility
- Support **resolution of complex / recurrent/ transversal deviation** and bring technical support for any product transfer and/or contract manufacturing activity.
- Support consultations with health authorities including OMCLs (i.e.: type C or Scientific advice meeting), and the technical revision of CMC parts of the regulatory dossiers.
- Guide the **Influenza strain selection process** within GSK and be the point of contact for related reagents availability by active participating to WHO network meetings (and WHO collaborating centers routine updates)

**Basic qualifications**:
- Minimum a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry
- Minimum 8 years proven experience in projects and team management within biologicals environment in which minimum 3 years in production of biopharmaceuticals products ideally in secondary operations.
- Experience in project management with cross-functional team
- .Excellent understanding of the framework within which a pharmaceutical product is maintained in compliance: Authorities / Scientific / Business
- Fluent in English
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Proven Track record in problem solving and global project management
- Proven ability to plan, manage and lead cross-functional teams and projects to meet desired business objectives
- Knowledge of GSK vaccines product
- Excellent writing skills
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of management across functional, national and cultural boundaries
- Proven ability of understanding compliance requirements
- Proven ability to improve business performance & ability to solve complex problem with effective solution
- Proven ability to build & maintain relationship across GSK Bio’s department, sites, geography& culture.
- Knowledge in Data analysis and IT tools
- Excellent skills in project management, change management and team/meeting facilitation
- Demonstrated competency in business integration capabilities to translate internal and external best practices and understanding of business climate and priorities.
