- You’re dependable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team.
- You’re unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and service providers.
- You have communicative talent and good networking skills.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You are an enrolled student (ideally majoring in communications, media studies, marketing, human resources, or a comparable field of study).
- You have a strong interest in (employer) branding, recruiting, and HR marketing topics.
- You’d describe yourself as an organizational and coordination talent with a high service orientation.
- Ideally, you have some initial professional experience from internships or volunteer work.
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.

You’ll be part of the highly motivated team that is responsible for BCG’s employer brand. The team’s collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust.
