**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du wirst Teil des Headquarter-Marketingteams sein, das Brand Management, Marketing Communication und PR für unsere FAZUA E-Bike Antriebssysteme sowie zukünftig für unsere Porsche E-Bike Antriebssysteme strategisch plant und operativ umsetzt
- Du bist fachlicher Lead unseres sechsköpfigen Marketing Communication Teams, das mitreißende, integrierte Kampagnen sowie always-on Kommunikation für unsere B2C und B2B-Zielgruppen konzeptionell entwickelt und umsetzt
- Fokusbereiche sind unsere Digital Channels: Website (B2C + B2B-Portale), Newsletter, SEO, SEA, organic & paid Social Media sowie Events, OEM Marketing und Content Creation & Management inklusive des dazugehörigen Agentur
- und Lieferanten-Managements
- Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Sicherstellung von packender, integrierter Kommunikation über alle Touchpoints sowie der fachlichen Führung des Marketing Communication Teams; dies inkludiert:

- Du unterstützt, challengst, motivierst und coachst das Team fachlich und trägst so zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung jedes Teammitglieds bei - disziplinarischer Vorgesetzter ist der Head of Marketing
- Du verantwortest zusammen mit dem Head of Marketing den jährlichen Target Setting, Review & Evaluation-Prozess sowie den jährlichen Employee Performance Management-Prozess für das Marketing Communication Team
- Du leitest mit den Brand Managern und den Experten aus deinem Team die Marketing Communication-Hauptaktivitäten aus dem jährlichen Brand Plan ab, definierst relevante KPIs und trackst deren Entwicklung
- Du machst die Ressourcenplanung, aktualisierst Projektpläne und hast die Büdgetübersicht für den Marketing Communication-Bereich
- Du bringst innovative Ideen zur Nutzung relevanter Kanäle sowie deine Expertise zu unserer Roadmap für die zukünftige Software-Landschaft ein (z.B. DAM, CRM)
- Du arbeitest sowohl eng mit deinen Kollegen innerhalb des Porsche eBike Performance Marketings als auch mit dem Produktmanagement, Design, Sales, Service und After Sales sowie mit verschiedenen Porsche AG Marketingkollegen zusammen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikation oder Marketing (oder vergleichbar) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst breite Marketing Communication-Berufserfahrung von (einer) bekannten Marke(n) aus allen der folgenden Disziplinen mit: Digital Marketing, Events, Marketing Management, Content Produktionen und Partner Management; gerne aus der Markenartikelindustrie oder Agenturumfeld
- Du hast ein Gespür für gute Kommunikation
- Outdoor Sports, idealerweise das Radfahren, begeistern dich
- Du hast Spaß an und Erfahrung in der fachlichen Teamführung und kannst gut auf andere eingehen
- Du möchtest Erfolge durch das Weiterbringen der Experten in deinem Team erzielen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in internationaler Zusammenarbeit
- Dich begeistert sowohl B2C-Marketing, um unsere Rider zu aktivieren, als auch B2B-Marketing für die Fahrradmarken und Fahrrad-Händler, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem rasanten Umfeld, kannst verschiedene Projekte gleichzeitig managen und Stakeholder Management ist eine deiner Stärken
- Du hast Spaß daran, eine neue Position mit Leben zu füllen, Schnittstellen und Zusammenarbeitsprozesse aufzubauen und diese aufgrund unseres schnellen Mitarbeiterwachstums immer wieder neu anzupassen
- „Ingredient Brand“-Expertise sowie Branchen-Know How aus der Outdoor Sport-Branche, idealerweise direkt aus der Fahrrad-Branche, wären ein Plus
- Dich zeichnen umfangreiche MS Office Kenntnisse aus, du bist engagiert und arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
