Als Teil des Produktmanagements im Geschäftsfeld "B2C Commodity" verantwortest du das Commercial Offering für unsere B2C Produkte für Strom, Gas und P2H
-In deiner Lead-Funktion optimierst und verantwortest du die übergreifende Preisgestaltung insbesondere mit Fokus auf die dahinter liegenden Prozesse - von der Erstellung der Sales-Forecasts, über die Energiebeschaffung bis zur finalen Preissetzung - mit dem Ziel, zu jedem Zeitpunkt das bestmögliche Angebot für unserer Produkte am Markt zu etablieren.
-Dabei arbeitest du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Sourcing und Pricing, dem Pricing Team sowie unserem Acquisition Team und den einzelnen Vertriebskanalmanagern
-Du entwickelst eine marktgerechte Margen-Strategie unter der Berücksichtigung unserer Wachstumsziele, passt diese flexibel an die volatilen Marktgegebenheiten an und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unserem Pricing Team entsprechende Heuristiken für unser eigenes Pricingtool.
-Du arbeitest sowohl an der bestmöglichen Platzierung unseres bestehenden Produktportfolios als auch an neuen innovativen Strategien, wie beispielsweise der optimalen Nutzung der Energie aus unseren eigenen Anlagen für unsere Privatkunden
-Du wägst regelmäßig unsere Neukundenpreise ggü. unseren Bestandskunden ab, du erarbeitest Pricing-Strategien für unsere Produkte über die unterschiedlichen Vertriebskanäle und verlierst dabei auch die aktuellen Churn-Zahlen nicht aus dem Blick.
-Du führst regelmäßige Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch
-Du definierst und trackst kontinuierlich KPIs zur Messung des Erfolgs

Deine Skills:
Du kannst ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenierwesen oder ein vergleichbares Studium nachweisen, idealerweise mit einem Diplom / Master Abschluss
-Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich der Energiewirtschaft mit und blickst bereits auf eine fachliche Führungskarriere zurück
-Wir können uns auf ein sehr gutes Verständnis der Bedeutung der Preisgestaltung und ihrer Wirkungsmechanismen innerhalb der Unternehmensstrategie verlassen
-Du hast ein ausgeprägtes strategisches und analytisches Denken, um komplexe Anforderungen weiter voranzutreiben
-Du willst dein hohes Maß an Verantwortung und deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise für einen klimaneutralen Lebensstil einsetzen und grünes Denken zum neuen Normal machen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
